Four world-renowned artists from Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana (Juan Pedro Jimenéz, Sol Koeraus “La Argentinita”, Emilio Ochando and Laura Peralta) thrilled audiences in Corning and Binghamton and left this region with an appetite for more Flamenco.

The activities included:
Thurs Sept 16, 2019- Beginner Workshop, SUNY Binghamton Dept of Romance Languages
Friday Sept 17, 2019- Performance at 171 Cedar Arts Center, Corning, NY
Sat. Sept 18, 2019 – Master class at 171 Cedar Arts Center and a final performance at Atomic Tom’s in Binghamton NY.

This project marked the return to a dynamic partnership with 171 Cedar Arts, after a four-year hiatus, resulting in a sold-out performance and a refreshed perspective on future projects. 171 Cedar brought critical marketing muscle to the table including producing and distributing a direct mail piece and arranging interviews with local media.

Over 50% of the total audience returned feedback surveys. 95% responded they’d like to see more flamenco, 40% responded that they were first-timers to the art form and 96% responded with the highest score possible for artistic quality adding- “Excellent! Bravo!!!”
